Welcome! Always Wellness offers remote telehealth individual counseling services, specializing in various areas such as anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and trauma, with a specialty in LGBTQIA+ competencies. At Always Wellness, we are dedicated to providing accessible, inclusive, and compassionate mental health care that empowers individuals to live authentically. As part of our commitment to giving back to the community, we offer no-cost/low-cost counseling sessions made possible through the hard work and dedication of our Counseling Students. We believe in a people-first approach, where every client is valued and supported in a safe, welcoming space that promotes healing and growth. Additionally, we also provide different levels of community support, including Clinical Supervision for Counseling Students and Registered Associates, as well as consultations and mentorship for other clinicians and those considering a career in counseling. Our commitment is to build genuine relationships that foster trust, understanding, and lasting wellness for all.
