Introduction

I have worked with families, teens, couples, parents, and children in many capacities over the last 20 years and look forward to supporting you. I believe my clients are the experts of their lives and I am here to aid in the processing of their story, to provide positive change and hope. I have extensive experience and training in anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships and loss with both children and adults, medical trauma, parenting, child and adolescent development, the transition to parenthood and life transitions. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotion Focused Therapy) for couples.
