Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Life can feel incredibly heavy when you're carrying it all alone, but you don’t have to. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, as well as those simply feeling ready for a change or looking to understand themselves better. I offer a warm, caring, and straightforward approach to therapy. I believe healing starts with a strong, trusting relationship, and I work collaboratively with each client to explore what’s going on, identify strengths, and set meaningful goals. My practice is trauma-informed, and I incorporate techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and nervous system regulation to help you find clarity and take practical steps forward. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate offering remote therapy for adults, children, and couples. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC, and those experiencing burnout, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re going through something big or just sensing it’s time for change, I’d be honored to support you in creating a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who you are.
