Introduction

My parents both worked in the helping and social work professions, so I grew up learning to work toward a meaningful career. I am warm, empathetic, and easy to talk to. My approach is open, strengths-based, and willing to listen. I have over 10 years of experience working in mental health, supporting clients with generalized anxiety, PTSD, and postpartum depression and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR and have a lot of experience treating trauma-related disorders and perinatal mental health disorders.
