Introduction

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and collaborative space where you can safely explore your experiences, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) with over 20 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients ages 11 and older who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, substance use and recovery, self-esteem concerns, grief, and difficulties with emotion regulation. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person's unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, and Family of Origin/Inner Child work. Together, we'll explore how past experiences may be influencing present patterns while also building practical skills to help you cope more effectively, strengthen relationships, and create lasting change. I believe healing happens through both understanding and action. Therapy offers a space not only to process painful experiences but also to develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and resilience. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
