My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and practical. Together, we look at what is driving the patterns that keep showing up, while also building the skills to manage difficult emotions, set boundaries, make decisions, and respond differently. The goal is not just to understand yourself better, but to use that understanding to make changes in your everyday life. I provide individual therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, and EMDR. With EMDR, we begin by building trust, understanding your responses, and developing the skills needed to approach unresolved experiences at a pace that feels manageable. In couples therapy, we focus on understanding the relationship dynamic, improving communication, working through conflict or betrayal, and finding healthier ways of relating to each other.
