Introduction

I provide a safe, supportive environment for children, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, divorce, peer relationships, and other challenges. With a background in early childhood education and extensive experience working with students from kindergarten through eighth grade, I help children and families strengthen communication, rebuild connection, and reach their full potential. My training in Marriage and Family Therapy and work with survivors of domestic violence allow me to offer compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to each client’s needs.
