Introduction

I work with neurodivergent adults, LGBTQ+ clients, and people who are navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, or the pressure to fit into spaces that don’t always feel made for them. You might feel burned out from masking, overwhelmed by emotions or sensory demands, stuck in self-doubt, or just tired of feeling like you have to work so hard to be understood. My style is collaborative, affirming, and flexible. I draw from trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and identity-conscious approaches, along with practical tools that can help you feel more grounded and better able to handle what’s coming up. Therapy with me is a space to better understand yourself, make sense of your experiences, and figure out what actually works for you.
