Hi there, I'm Ana! I am a bilingual, second-generation Latina and proud daughter of resilient immigrant parents from El Salvador. My journey to becoming a therapist comes from experiencing firsthand how culture, identity, family, and language shape mental health, and from understanding what it feels like to be misunderstood or isolated. I work with individuals who appear strong on the outside, but feel weighed down by stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, or the lingering impact of painful past experiences. I also support adults affected by gender-based violence or sexual abuse, as well as caregivers of aging parents navigating fear, guilt, grief, or difficult decisions. As a woman of color and daughter of immigrant parents, I help BIPOC adults facing systemic trauma and adult children of immigrants exploring their identity and sense of belonging. If any of this resonates with you, feel free to reach out for a free consultation. You don't have to go through this alone.
