Introduction

Hi! I'm Ana, and I'm so glad you found me. I love supporting couples, families, teens & young adults, kiddos ages 10 and up, and individuals who are motivated to heal, grow, and feel more prepared to cope with life's challenges. I also have a passion for supporting clients navigating challenges with OCD, anxiety, family of origin trauma and relational disconnect, and other forms of neurodivergence (e.g., Autism and ADHD). Please don't hesitate to reach out if we might be a great fit! Very much looking forward to connecting with you.
