Welcome! I am a licensed psychotherapist who has been working in the mental health field since 2013. I graduated from Smith College, where I received rigorous training in relational and psychodynamic practice. Alongside my private practice work, I have spent meaningful time in both community mental health and school-based settings, giving me a deep appreciation for the many systems that shape clients’ lives. My work is centered around developing deeply meaningful and authentic relationships with my clients. I believe humans thrive and transform when they feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. I strive to create a therapeutic space that honors each person’s lived experience and innate resilience. I bring extensive experience working with children and families, grounding my approach in trauma-informed care and an attachment-based lens. I deeply value collaboration with family systems, schools, and other providers, as these connections offer a rich understanding of each client’s world and strengthen the therapeutic process. I am dedicated to providing affirming, informed care to the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalized populations. My practice is guided by inclusivity, curiosity, compassion and the belief that healing unfolds within safe, consistent, and connected relationships. I warmly invite you to reach out to me directly to set up a consultation so we can talk through your needs, answer any questions, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
