I use an integrative approach to counseling that includes Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, DBT, Biofeedback, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Strength-Based approaches to help you manage symptoms, improve or recover, and create resilience to face challenges. I am a Hispanic therapist with knowledge and awareness about how culture, beliefs, and religion/spirituality impact each person differently.
