I work with children and teens navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, emotional or behavioral challenges, family or school difficulties, and life transitions. I create a warm, supportive space where young clients feel safe, heard, and comfortable being themselves. Using play, creative activities, and age-appropriate coping skills, I help them express emotions, build confidence, and better understand themselves. I collaborate with parents, caregivers, and schools when appropriate. I currently have after-school and Saturday morning openings for new clients. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based. I use CBT, Motivational Interviewing, play therapy, and art-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs. Through creative expression and practical coping skills, I help young clients understand their emotions, build confidence, and navigate challenges. It can be difficult to see your child struggling and not know how to help. You don’t have to navigate those challenges alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where your child can feel heard and understood while working with you to support their growth. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be happy to connect and see how I can help.
