It is a privilege and honor to walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges, discover their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Using a client-centered, strengths-based approach, I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs, values, and goals, recognizing that every healing journey is different. With experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in outpatient mental health, early intervention, and medical settings, I support clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting challenges, and relationship concerns. Her background in medical social work offers a unique perspective on the emotional impact of illness, caregiving, and complex life experiences.
