Hi, I’m Ananya and I look forward to getting to know you! My approach to therapy is holistic – I consider the many factors that shape your daily life. Just as there’s no answer key for life’s challenges, I believe there’s no single “right” way to do therapy. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your goals, navigate difficulties, and grow at your own pace. Coming from a background where therapy is often stigmatized, I believe that seeking therapy is an act of courage, and it takes a brave person to reach out for help. I’m passionate about supporting across all walks of life and aim to meet my clients where they are at! I’m committed to creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment.
