Every child deserves a place where they can feel safe, understood, and accepted for who they are. My goal is to create a welcoming space where children and teens can express themselves freely, build confidence, and develop the tools they need to navigate life's challenges. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, engaging, and tailored to each child's unique personality and strengths. With an M.Sc. in Counseling Psychology and clinical experience in both school and private practice settings, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, body image challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and challenges with friendships, school, or family relationships. I use a person-centered approach and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and creative, play-based interventions to make therapy both meaningful and developmentally appropriate.
