I particularly enjoy working with adults, college-aged students, and adolescents as they navigate life's transitions, strengthen relationships, and build lives that feel meaningful and authentic to them. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health and am passionate about supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the transition to parenthood.
