Do you feel like you’ve been carrying the weight of everything for everyone, with no room left for yourself? Feminist burnout is real - the exhaustion, the pressure to stay composed, the quiet fear that you’re disappearing inside your own life. And/or, maybe you are tired of fighting a battle with food, your body, and the impossible expectations placed on women. Eating disorders often grow from the pressure to be small, quiet, and endlessly self controlled. Whether you’re burned out from carrying too much or struggling with an eating disorder shaped by impossible expectations, you deserve a space that meets you differently. My practice supports women through experiential-based and talk therapy that helps sensitive, creative, and overwhelmed women reconnect with themselves in ways that feel grounding and restorative. If talk therapy hasn’t been enough, this may be the place you finally exhale. My approach begins with talk therapy to understand history, goals, strengths, and core values, then if aligned, the participant is invited to gently expand into the in-person, experiential work that removes the barriers language can create. My work is queer affirming, honoring identity as a source of wisdom, resilience, and creativity, and offering a space where women and AFAB non binary people can exist without explanation or performance.
