Andre Aboite is an African American Marriage and Family Therapist-in-Training and Syracuse University Graduate student practicing under supervision at Kaleidoscope Wellness LLC. By Michelle Kyles LPC-S. They have experience working with transgender clients and special interests in serving the broader LGBTQIA+ community, trans youth, and African American trans women. Andre provides culturally responsive, gender-affirming, sex-positive, kink-affirming, and poly-affirming care. They draw from Narrative Therapy, systemic approaches, and Gottman-informed practices to support identity, relationships, communication, and recovery. I integrate Narrative Therapy, systemic approaches, Gottman-informed care, CBT, and DBT, with an additional focus on addiction recovery. These modalities help clients understand how personal concerns are shaped by relationships, family patterns, culture, and larger systems. My goal is to support Healthy communication and build stronger relationships. My mission is to answer the call for more affirming and accessible mental health support for LGBTQIA+ individuals and cisgender women. As an ambitious clinician in training, I also plan to become a (DNP-PMHNP-BC) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to help bridge the gap between psychotherapy and medication management.
