We strive to provide quality services to others that will enhance their lives by developing essential social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills in order for them to reach their full potential in a challenging society and within their family system. We strive to assist individuals, couples and groups in all walks of life. In addition, there is a focus on emotion focused therapy with men of color addressing stress, trauma, grief, and loss as they navigate life. We partner with clients in a therapeutic milieu that is non-threatening and supportive. During this path, as we journey through life, we have pitfalls and mishaps, which impacts us in various ways.
