I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions, offering in-person counseling in Surprise and Goodyear, as well as telehealth throughout Arizona. My approach is relational, person-centered, and grounded in each client’s unique story and strengths. I draw from evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and I integrate expressive arts and faith-based support when it aligns with the client’s values and goals. In our sessions, I strive to create a calm and compassionate space where you can slow down and explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. I am also pursuing training in EMDR and certification in expressive arts therapy to continue expanding the ways I can support your growth.
