Introduction

I work with clients to cultivate balance and emotional well-being while navigating life’s challenges. Life can feel overwhelming, with pressures from work, family, and personal responsibilities, and it’s common to feel unsure how to cope. Through therapy, I help clients identify sources of stress, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen emotional resilience. My approach emphasizes self-awareness, empowerment, and sustainable change, supporting long-term mental health and overall well-being. I understand how overwhelming life’s demands can feel. Many of us struggle with anxiety, family conflict, or maintaining healthy boundaries, and it can be difficult to find balance without extra support. In therapy, we work together to address these challenges, explore underlying patterns, and build skills that foster confidence, inner strength, and a sense of control over daily life. My approach is informed by both professional training and personal experience. From a young age, I’ve been inspired to help others discover their resilience and strengths. I am passionate about guiding clients to recognize their abilities and apply them in ways that create meaningful change. By combining personal insight with professional expertise, I aim to provide support that is authentic, practical, and compassionate. I use a person-centered, strength-based approach, meaning our work is collaborative and guided by your unique goals and experiences. Therapy is a safe space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges without judgment. I honor each client’s pace and comfort level, never pushing beyond what feels therapeutically appropriate, because healing happens best in a supportive, respectful environment. I believe growth and change are possible at any stage of life. The therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful source of healing, providing a foundation for reflection, insight, and growth. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, tailoring strategies to each client’s needs to address both practical and emotional aspects of their challenges. Whether navigating anxiety, family stress, life transitions, or building self-confidence, my goal is to help clients develop tools and perspectives that last beyond the therapy session. Ultimately, I believe that clients already have the inner resources needed to thrive, and my role is to help uncover, strengthen, and apply them. Together, we build skills for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and flexible responses to life’s challenges. Therapy becomes a partnership where insight, growth, and empowerment happen collaboratively, creating a safe and supportive space for meaningful change. If you’re interested in learning more about my background, the services I provide, or my approach to therapy, I welcome you to reach out. I’m glad to answer any questions and discuss whether we might be a good fit to work together. I’m also happy to talk through any concerns or obstacles that may arise as you consider beginning therapy. *About Me: I am a dog mom to two larger-than-life pit bulls who keep me on my toes and am passionate about animal welfare. I enjoy unwinding by spending time at home or out and about on adventures in my city.
