I love working with BIPOC & LGBTQ+ communities and adults who have experienced trauma in their childhood that is impacting them today. I use EMDR, IFS/parts work, DBT and attachment work. I know what it's like to sit on that side of the couch, too. Therapy has genuinely changed my relationship, and I bring that realness into the room with me.
