Introduction

I'm a Filipino-American licensed clinical social worker who helps adults & organizations BE WELL & STAY WELL. I work with individuals to discuss the challenges she or he is facing & to find tools for coping. In my practice, I integrate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, brainspotting, seeking safety, interpersonal therapy, mental health first aid, & wellness practices which have helped my clients with their recovery.
