Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. She specializes in working with children and adolescents but loves to work individuals of all ages with depression, anxiety, trauma history, co-occurring disorders and many other mental health needs. With the use of multiple therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and reality-based therapy Annie works with her clients to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each client.
