Introduction

Welcome! Finding the right therapist is about more than credentials – it's about finding someone who helps you feel understood. Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you're carrying more than anyone else realizes. I believe therapy provides a space to slow down, gain perspective, and explore life's challenges with curiosity, compassion, and support. My goal is to create a collaborative relationship where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward meaningful change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief and loss, relationship concerns, caregiver stress, social anxiety, life transitions, work-related stress, and challenges related to self-esteem and identity. I also enjoy supporting college students and young adults as they navigate the unique pressures of academic, career, and personal transitions. Whatever brings you to therapy, I believe your experiences deserve to be understood without judgment. My therapeutic style is warm, approachable, and practical. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating other evidence-based approaches based on each client's individual needs, goals, and strengths. Together, we'll identify patterns that may be contributing to emotional distress, develop healthy coping strategies, and build skills that support greater confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. I believe meaningful healing happens through both self-understanding and action. Therapy isn't about having all the answers – it's about creating a space where you can explore difficult experiences, recognize your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. My hope is that clients leave each session feeling supported, encouraged, and equipped with practical tools they can apply in their everyday lives. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, healing from trauma, or simply hoping to feel more like yourself again, you don't have to face those challenges alone. I would be honored to support you as you work toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more connected and fulfilling.
