I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. My approach does not focus heavily on diagnosis. Instead, I help clients better understand themselves, strengthen emotional and behavioral skills, and develop tools that support long-term mental health and overall well-being.
