I've spent my career in high-pressure environments—training animals for film and television, working with law enforcement in crisis negotiation training, leading intelligence teams, and being part of a military family. These experiences taught me that trauma, burnout, and transition don't always fit neatly into traditional therapy boxes. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating the weight of demanding careers, life after military service, compassion fatigue, and the identity shifts that come with major life changes. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to create a practical toolkit tailored to your situation. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients as a clinical intern, supervised by Dr. Andy Young, LPC-S. This isn't your mother's therapy. This is strategic implementation to optimize your life for those who need to keep their heads on straight.
