Welcome to my profile! Doing your diligent research is the first step to change. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I am specialize in anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, life transitions, and substance use. I have experience working in multidisciplinary settings including schools, psychiatric medical center, and telehealth provider. In addition, have experience in a variety of other specialties ranging from high-functioning struggles to crisis care. I have worked clinically with diverse populations ranging in age and cultural backgrounds, and provided trauma informed trainings to professionals and volunteers in our community.
