Vision Our vision at Connected Pathways is to help individuals and couples transform unhealthy patterns, cultivate deeper connection, and create relationships grounded in trust, resilience, and lasting growth. Mission At Connected Pathways, LLC, our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized support that helps couples and individuals understand and break free from unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication and connection, and develop healthier ways of relating. Through a safe, supportive, and growth-oriented environment, we empower our clients to foster healing, build resilience, and create meaningful, healthy, and lasting relationships. About Connected Pathways When we start out in our family of origin, we are on the path of our family. As we start to grow up and venture out on our own paths, others may join our journey. The routes we take may create detours or merge a few different times with others, sometimes for a season and sometimes for life. Connected Pathways is here to help you navigate your path and keep you connected with your loved ones while keeping or rediscovering your individuality. Our founder, Andrea (Andi) Griffith is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She specializes in helping couples navigate the challenges within a relationship dynamic whether big or small. Andi also specializes in helping individuals heal from childhood trauma, relationship trauma, anxiety, and depression. Who we serve and how we aim to help We serve individuals, and couples that are in need of healing or want a healthier dynamic in their relationship with self, their partner, or others. Andi is versed in several different models of therapy but mainly uses the Gottman Method, concepts from Internal Family Systems (IFS) including parts work, and Attachment Theory. Couples and individuals will walk away with communication skills that will benefit you by being able to communicate for understanding instead of reacting within your relationships. The journey may not be easy all the time but we are here with you throughout the process. Our main priority is to create a safe environment where all individuals that come in feel comfortable to share their thoughts and feelings. We also prioritize being able to create treatment plan and goals that align with what the client(s) want. This means that we aim to keep insurance companies out of your business. Insurance companies often try to dictate what treatment looks like and how many sessions clients can have. We aim to remain at affordable cash pay rates so that you as a client can collaborate with the therapist about treatment and get the most out of sessions.
