Maybe you feel stuck, disconnected from passion, unsure what you want your life to be about, or changed by trauma. Old perspectives no longer fit—and you’re ready to discover what feels genuinely true for you now. These are some of the places I love to explore with clients. I work with individuals, couples, and families, especially people curious about the patterns shaping their lives. Therapy may involve healing trauma, gaining new perspective on relationships or familiar problems, or rediscovering joy, purpose, creativity, and aliveness. I especially enjoy working with people reexamining beliefs that once offered certainty and meaning. I provide space to ask difficult questions, explore new perspectives, and discover what you believe without pressure to reach a particular answer. Curiosity can be a spiritual practice in itself. My approach is warm, relational, curious, and practical, with room for humor. I tailor therapy to each person, drawing primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed approaches, and other interventions suited to your uniqueness. I’m also interested in the relationship between mind, body, and nervous system, and open to exploring energy psychology when it resonates. I see therapy as an opportunity to understand what has happened, what you’ve learned to believe, and what may be keeping you stuck—then reconnect with your essential self and move toward a life that feels authentically your own.
