You can cry here. You can curse here. You can be real here. You do not have to clean yourself up, explain everything perfectly, or pretend you are okay when you are not. A lot of people feel overwhelmed from carrying things they were never meant to carry alone. Maybe you are exhausted from trauma, anxiety, depression, identity stress, family wounds, relationship pain, or years of being the strong one. Maybe you have learned to shrink, disconnect, people-please, stay guarded, or keep moving because slowing down feels too vulnerable. You do not have to keep doing that by yourself. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, identity-related stress, and the impact of difficult relationships or family dynamics. I am trained in EMDR, which can help process painful experiences that feel stuck so they stop running your life in the present. My style is direct, real, compassionate, and collaborative. I will sit with you in the hard things, but I will also help you begin sorting through what you have been carrying, what was never yours to hold, and what you are ready to release.
