I believe therapy is a place where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin to understand yourself and your relationships more deeply. Rather than viewing you as a collection of symptoms, I see the whole person—your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and the experiences that have shaped you. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and the complexities of betrayal and disconnection. My approach draws from evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Gestalt-informed work. I'm particularly passionate about helping couples understand the patterns they get caught in and move toward greater connection and emotional safety. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to come alongside you with curiosity and compassion as we explore what's happening and what you want to be different. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept Aetna, Anthem, and Cigna Healthcare, and I'm currently accepting new clients. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting—we can begin wherever you are.
