I can help you with loss, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma past and present, ADHD, acute and post-traumatic stress, life transitions and stressors, and so much more. I meet you where you're at with warmth, sensitivity, and compassion, being mindful to let you set the pace of your therapy. My clients have reported feeling immediate relief and hope after their first session with me and steady progress as they continue therapy, experiencing the lessening of distressing symptoms and negative feelings and an improvement in their day-to-day relationships and functioning across life areas. I work with adults of all ages with a particular affinity for young adults, ages 18 to early thirties. I also provide couples therapy. My therapeutic approach is an integration of human-centered, psychodynamic, and attachment therapies that I personally tailor to each client to best serve his or her individual needs and goals for therapy. My therapeutic skills include cognitive-behavioral techniques, dream work, insight development, as well as mindfulness and stress-reduction. I was educated in psychology and clinical psychology at Loyola Marymount University and the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University. I appreciate how daunting it can feel to take that first step and call a new potential therapist. I warmly welcome you to reach out to me via phone call or email when you're ready. We can briefly discuss what brings you to consider therapy and see if I can be of help to you. If I'm not the best fit for you, I'll gladly give you referrals.
