Many are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, adjustment to life changes, relationship challenges, grief, parenting/ caregiver stress, and that general “stuck” feeling. I use a strength-based, non-judgmental approach, utilizing elements from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to help people recognize their strengths, explore their barriers, and navigate life's challenges The hardest part was taking the step to reach out for help.
