Sometimes people come to therapy because they feel overwhelmed, constantly irritated, or buried in stress. You may feel like you are just trying to make it through the day while everything keeps piling up around you. It can start to affect your relationships, your confidence, and the way you see yourself. Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years working in healthcare and previously served in the U.S. Air Force. Those experiences shaped my understanding of how people carry stress and responsibility while continuing to function in their daily lives. I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients, including adults with ADHD, who are looking for a place where their way of thinking is understood and where we can build strategies that fit how their brain works. My goal is to create a thoughtful and supportive space where insight can lead to meaningful change.
