Stress, anxiety, low mood, identity questions, or the ongoing work of recovery can begin to affect nearly every part of life. I work with adults who want support understanding what they are experiencing, developing healthier ways to cope, and feeling more confident managing everyday challenges. I also bring extensive experience supporting d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients, neurodivergent individuals, and people navigating both mental-health and substance-use concerns. I am fluent in American Sign Language. My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centred. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, but I do not believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. Together, we will identify what feels most important, explore the options available to you, and build practical coping, communication, and emotional-regulation skills that fit your goals, strengths, and pace. I offer virtual therapy throughout Massachusetts and am currently accepting new clients.
