Introduction

Welcome to Quietude Healing Collaborative A Sanctuary for Mindful Restoration Sometimes healing begins with simply creating enough space to hear yourself again. At Quietude Healing Collaborative, I offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for adults seeking greater peace, clarity, connection, and emotional well-being. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, work-related stress, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can provide a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect. My approach honors the connection between mind and body while recognizing that there is no single path to healing. You are invited to show up exactly as you are. Virtual therapy available throughout Maryland. ____________________________________________________________________ Healing Through Connection & Care Healing isn't about “fixing” what's broken. It's about understanding yourself more deeply, recognizing the experiences and patterns that have shaped you, and reconnecting with your capacity for healing, resilience, and change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. Together, we create space for curiosity, emotional safety, self-awareness, and meaningful change at a pace that honors where you are. I integrate Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, mindfulness, and somatic and polyvagal-informed practices based on your needs and goals. Recovery is not linear, and neither is therapy. Our work evolves with you. ____________________________________________________________________ The Quietude Approach Our work is grounded in five guiding principles: Stillness Creating space for rest, reflection, and nervous system regulation. Mindfulness Meeting your present experience with compassion and curiosity. Surrender Releasing patterns, expectations, and ways of coping that no longer serve you. Empowerment Reclaiming your voice, agency, inner wisdom, and strength. Wellness Cultivating sustainable emotional, mental, and whole-person well-being. Together, these principles create space for a more grounded, connected, and empowered you. ____________________________________________________________________ Meet Andrea I'm Andrea Oliver, LGPC, a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and founder of Quietude Healing Collaborative. I earned my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Washington Adventist University. My work as a therapist is rooted in a passion for helping people better understand themselves, reclaim their voices, strengthen self-advocacy, and create lives that feel more aligned with who they are. I don't believe therapy should feel like something being done to you. Our work is collaborative. I bring clinical knowledge, empathy, curiosity, and intuition to the therapeutic relationship while honoring you as the expert on your own lived experience. My integrative approach allows us to work not only with thoughts and emotions, but also with patterns, relationships, lived experiences, and the ways stress and trauma may be held in the body. You don't have to have everything figured out before beginning. Come as you are.
