Introduction

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 15 years of experience walking alongside adolescents and adults during some of life’s most tender and challenging seasons. I specialize in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, maternal mental health, trauma recovery, and the transitions that come with pregnancy, parenting, relationships and family life. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in clinical expertise. For clients who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate faith-based principles into the therapeutic process—offering space to explore how faith, hope, and spiritual beliefs can be a source of strength and healing. At the same time, I deeply respect each client’s unique background and meet every person exactly where they are. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and supported. Together, we’ll create space to process what’s weighing on your heart while building practical tools to help you move forward with clarity, resilience, and renewed hope. At this time, I offer telehealth sessions and also provide clinical supervision to social workers pursuing independent licensure.
