I provide a safe, supportive space where adults and couples can share their experiences, feel heard, and work toward meaningful change. My goal is to help clients understand how their experiences have shaped them and use their strengths to heal, grow, and move forward with greater confidence. I work in partnership with clients to create intentional goals and a plan that fits their pace. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, grief, and life transitions such as college, marriage, parenthood, career changes, divorce, caring for aging parents, retirement, or relocation. Couples counseling focuses on improving communication, working through conflict, navigating relationship transitions, and strengthening connection. I believe in each individual’s strengths and capacity to grow, heal, and become all they were created to be. APPROACHES I USE My counseling style is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-based approaches to support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change. For couples, I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Gottman Method training and incorporate Gottman approaches into our work together. I am also trained in Prepare/Enrich for premarital and relationship counseling. For clients who desire it, I offer Christian faith-integrated counseling, thoughtfully incorporating faith into the therapeutic process in a respectful, client-led way. CREDENTIALS I hold a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders from the University of Central Florida.
