Introduction

I’m passionate about working with people who want more than just talk therapy. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is possible—that even our most painful and persistent symptoms and patterns can be understood at their roots and worked with in ways that create profound and lasting transformation. I love working with anyone who has a genuine desire to heal, grow, and create a life of greater wholeness, peace, vitality, meaning, authenticity, and fulfillment. I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a compassionate, nonpathologizing, and powerful approach that helps us understand why different “parts” of you think, feel, and behave as they do. Rather than fighting or suppressing them, we approach them with curiosity, heal the wounds they carry, and learn new ways of relating to and working with them. Beneath these parts is what IFS calls the Self—the grounded, compassionate, clear, and deeply wise core of who you are. I want to help you access more of your own inner wisdom so you can navigate life with greater clarity, choice, and self-trust, and feel increasingly connected to who you truly are and the life you want to create. My approach is gentle yet potent, experiential, holistic, and deeply compassionate. I integrate IFS, inner child and parts work, somatic approaches, Gestalt therapy, mindfulness, Nonviolent Communication, and transpersonal therapy. For clients who are spiritually inclined, I also integrate spirituality for a more holistic and soul-centered approach to healing. I work with trauma, PTSD, addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, grief, shame, self-criticism, life transitions, relationships, boundaries, communication, conflict, LGBTQ, meaning and purpose, & spirituality. Together, we'll work toward healing underlying wounds, transforming patterns, and creating greater freedom to live and relate in ways that feel authentic and aligned with who you truly are. I provide online individual therapy for adults throughout Washington and Colorado, as well as coaching for clients outside of these states. I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Sessions are $160 per 50 minute session. Feel free to inquire about sliding scale pricing.
