Together we will explore your inner motivations to create a plan supported by evidence-based and proven effective therapy techniques to help achieve your goals. While tailored to your specific needs, these techniques often pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Behavioral Activation while also incorporating aspects of coaching, psychoeducation, and life goal planning. We will work to develop the skills and tools needed to effectively navigate life’s challenges to accomplish the goals you’ve set for yourself.
