Since 2015, I’ve helped clients identify their strengths, regulate stress, and build resilience through life’s challenges. I specialize in assisting clients in discovering & harnessing their strengths, navigating daily challenges, and fostering resilience in the face of trauma and grief. I continuously strive to expand my knowledge & I approach our collaboration with humility. I never ask clients to do anything I’m not willing to do myself. During our sessions, we will prioritize solutions, explore the mind-body connection, and consider overall well-being from a neurobiological perspective. I always incorporate somatic approaches to healing. Additionally, I draw upon my lived experience with recovery and family systems. I offer Brainspotting as a safe, effective healing modality.
