I work with individuals across the lifespan who are navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, chronic pain, life transitions, work stress, and self-esteem challenges. I also support clients experiencing panic disorders, social and separation anxiety, agoraphobia, and men’s issues. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), behavioral therapy, existential and humanistic approaches, person-centered psychotherapy, and strength-based practices to support meaningful, sustainable change. I do this work because I have been there. My clinical work is informed not only by professional training, but also by personal experience with recovery from body image distress. I understand how isolating and overwhelming these struggles can feel, and I am deeply committed to helping clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move toward lives that align with their values.
