Introduction

Therapy can be a place for personal growth and building insight. We each have a journey and evolution through life. My goal is to support your overall wellness: mental, physical, and connective. I work with those experiencing a variety of life issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, ASD, life transitions, and more. We will work together to find ways to help you move forward. I use a relational and compassion-focused lens. I have a background in philosophy, bringing a creative and curious point of view. I use a holistic approach including psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and existential interventions.
