Introduction
We all feel stuck sometimes. Maybe you’re feeling low about yourself. Maybe you can’t stop thinking about the past or worrying about the future. We can get stuck for any number of reasons, and it can feel frustrating, demoralizing, and painful. Fortunately, with support, we can change these negative cycles. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, fostering a safe, supportive space where we can get to the root of your issues free of judgment. Collaboration, compassion, and curiosity are at the heart of my practice. You’re the expert of your own unique experience. Together, we’ll develop a better understanding of who you are and try to identify where you get tripped up. We’ll work to untangle the pieces and gain new perspective so you can overcome the patterns in your life that don’t feel helpful. My experience ranges from college counseling to crisis counseling and community mental health.
