Introduction

Life can be challenging, and sometimes we find ourselves feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply trying to better understand yourself, you do not have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Together, we will work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change that aligns with the life you want to live. I work with teens, young adults, and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, burnout, identity concerns, life transitions, and men's mental health issues. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma informed care, mindfulness, existential exploration, and strengths based approaches, I help clients gain insight, develop confidence, and move toward greater emotional well being. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating, but it can also be the beginning of meaningful growth and healing. If you are ready to begin that journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
