Andrew Frederick, LPC-Supervisor, CADC I am an LPC-Supervisor and CADC with over a decade of expertise in addiction recovery, supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, and identity challenges. Since 2013, I have specialized in MAT programs and addiction recovery, providing clinical expertise and professional oversight to the Oklahoma City Metro area. The Story of the Phoenix: Why "Morphing Your Life"? The name of my practice was born from a moment of profound reflection within the community that shaped my childhood. After meaningful interactions with members of the Power Rangers cast following the death of Jason David Frank, I was struck by the reality that even the heroes we grew up with face human struggles with PTSD, mental health, and loss. In a conversation with a member of the Frank family about the vital importance of mental health support, the mission became clear. Morphing Your Life is a tribute to that resilience. My logo, a stylized Phoenix, symbolizes the rebirth that is possible for all of us. "Morphing" is more than a change in form; it is a clinical process of growth. It is about shedding the "mask" we wear for the world to reveal the authentic self beneath. Whether you are a veteran navigating trauma, a member of the LGBTQ+ community seeking a safe harbor, a cosplayer hiding within a fandom, or a professional battling burnout, I am here to help you through your own transformation. Clinical Expertise & Inclusion Having worked extensively with underserved populations, I offer a deeply inclusive perspective. My active involvement in fandom subcultures and knowledge of Turner Syndrome allow me to provide competent care for unique, diverse communities. I hold a Bachelors in Organizational Leadership from UCO and a Master's in Human Relations from OU, ensuring a foundation of leadership and human-centered care. I utilize a blend of EMDR, CBT, and Solution-Focused tools to provide both immediate relief and long-term healing: • EMDR: To process "stuck" traumatic memories. • CBT: To manage the daily weight of anxiety and burnout. • Person-Centered Foundation: Ensuring your unique identity is always at the center of our work. Logistics & Insurance I provide a supportive, judgment-free virtual space via telehealth. I work with several insurances and offer a sliding scale for self-pay. To ensure a smooth start, please ask your provider: 1. Is Andrew Frederick in-network for my plan? 2. Is there a deductible for outpatient mental health? 3. Is telehealth covered?
