Introduction

I help smart, thoughtful adults who look like they have it together but feel like they’re faking it — the high-achievers battling imposter syndrome, the people-pleasers who’ve lost themselves, the ones quietly suffocating in families or faiths that can’t accept who they really are. My style is warm, engaging, approachable and human. We’ll have real conversations — sometimes deep, sometimes funny, always honest. I blend 10+ years of clinical experience with a decade as a professional actor, which taught me how to be fully present, build real connection quickly, and help people discover who they actually are. I offer individual therapy, couples therapy and coaching for identity, confidence, and authenticity — in-person in Mission Viejo, CA or via telehealth in California and Minnesota. www.heycouseling.com Andrew@heycounseling.com 612-567-1338 (texting encouraged)
