I believe healing happens in relationship—in a space where you feel truly heard and understood. I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma using an integrative approach. Rather than applying one rigid framework, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and solution-focused methods—tailoring my approach to what resonates with you and serves your unique goals. My aim is always the same: to help you decrease suffering and increase your sense of thriving. I work with individuals and couples across adulthood and into your elder years, and I'm currently accepting new clients for in-person sessions. I accept BlueCross and BlueShield, Cigna Healthcare, and Harvard Pilgrim. If you're ready to explore what's possible when therapy feels collaborative and person-centered, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you.
